Refund Policy
Our full-refund promise
If we can't get your company formed and fully set up, you get a full refund. No questions asked. We're that confident in our process.
The formation and setup services covered are those included in your accepted order. This promise is not reduced by deductions from the amount you paid us for that covered order.
How to request a refund
Email hello@workperhourglobal.com or contact us through WhatsApp. Include the name and email used for the order and your order reference, if available, so we can locate the payment. You do not need to justify a request covered by our full-refund promise.
The refund window
Our website refers to a 30-day refund window. Please ask our team to confirm in writing when that window starts for your specific order. An unspecified start date does not remove the full-refund promise if we cannot complete the covered formation and setup.
Cancellations and changes
If you wish to cancel or change an order for another reason, contact us promptly. We will explain the status of any work or filings and confirm the applicable cancellation arrangements in writing. These arrangements do not override the full-refund promise above or any rights provided by applicable law.
Refund processing
Once the covered order and payment have been identified, we will confirm the refund amount and processing arrangements. Refunds should return to the original payment method where available; any alternative will be agreed with you. The time until funds appear depends on the payment provider and bank.
Independent payments and public records
Payments made directly to a separate provider are handled by that provider. A refund from us does not automatically dissolve a company, reverse a completed government filing or cancel separate third-party services. We can explain any additional steps relevant to your order.
